Meet the Team
Dr. Dean Kim is the visionary CEO and Founder of Visage, with a distinguished background in both dentistry and aesthetic medicine. He earned his dental degree from the University of Otago in New Zealand and began his career as a dental and maxillofacial house surgeon in a public hospital, while also gaining valuable experience in private practices across New Zealand. Committed to continuous learning and clinical excellence, Dr. Kim went on to complete a Master’s degree in Aesthetic Dentistry at King’s College London, and has since expanded his expertise with additional qualifications in dermal sciences and aesthetic medical procedures—focusing on volume restoration and wrinkle reduction.
Driven by the belief that beauty and function are inherently connected, Dr. Kim’s approach is grounded in harmonizing natural facial aesthetics with optimal oral health. His passion lies in not only enhancing smiles but in restoring the balance and beauty of the entire face—blending the precision of dental science with the artistry of aesthetic medicine.
Meet Bella, Dermal Therapist at Visage, whose expertise bridges the disciplines of pharmacy and advanced skin health. She completed an Undergraduate Certificate in Dermal Intervention at the Australasian College of Health and Wellness (ACHW) and is currently furthering her clinical knowledge through an Associate Degree in Applied Health Science (Dermal Therapy).
A registered pharmacist with over a decade of experience in community practice, Bella brings a deeply analytical, evidence-based perspective to dermal therapy. Born and raised in South Korea—globally recognised for its innovation in cosmetic science—she developed an early and enduring interest in skin health. Her approach is grounded in the belief that true skin integrity is achieved through both scientific precision and personalised care. By combining her pharmaceutical expertise with advanced dermal training, Bella delivers considered, results-driven treatments tailored to support long-term skin health and overall facial harmony.
Meet Emily, Clinic Co-ordinator at Visage, whose expertise lies in creating an exceptional patient experience grounded in both clinical knowledge and refined attention to detail. She began her career with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy at Elly Lukas, where her passion for skin health was first ignited, before completing an Associate Degree in Applied Health Science (Dermal Therapy) at the Australian Institute of Dermal Science, further strengthening her understanding of advanced skin treatments and dermal science.
At Visage Dento-Facial, Emily works seamlessly between the treatment room and behind the scenes, overseeing the finer details that ensure each patient journey is smooth, professional, and thoughtfully coordinated. From consultation preparation and clinical workflow to front-of-house care and ongoing support, she is dedicated to creating an environment where patients feel informed, supported, and confident at every stage. Guided by the belief that true results extend beyond the treatment itself, Emily focuses on delivering a cohesive, elevated experience that reflects the standards and vision of Visage.
Meet Katrina, Cosmetic Nurse at Visage, whose expertise is grounded in clinical nursing and advanced aesthetic medicine. She completed a Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing and Injectables through the Australian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science (AACDS), undertaking comprehensive training in facial anatomy, skin health, cosmetic injectables, and advanced dermal therapies.
A Registered Nurse with a strong clinical foundation, Katrina brings a safety-focused, evidence-based approach to aesthetic practice. During her nursing career, she developed a genuine passion for skin health and the transformative effect aesthetic treatments can have on confidence and wellbeing. Her philosophy is centred on achieving natural, balanced results through personalised treatment planning and a deep understanding of facial structure and skin function. By combining advanced injectable techniques with rejuvenation therapies, Katrina delivers refined, results-driven treatments designed to support long-term skin health, facial harmony, and patient confidence.
